At ShareWell, we're on a mission to ensure that no one faces their mental health journey alone. At our core, we believe in human connection and the growth and healing that happens when people come together with the intention to support each other.
Join a network of people who are overcoming life's challenges together!

What Is Peer Support?

Peer support is for anyone seeking validation, understanding, or simply looking for a safe group of people to share their story. It’s an opportunity to talk about your experiences, share skills and coping methods, express emotions and build relationships with people who understand you. Our members say their support groups feel like an understanding family.

ShareWell peer support sessions are virtual meetings with a group of 3-16 people who meet to support each other in overcoming mental health issues or through big life transitions. Sessions are led by a peer host who shares your life experience.

The goal is an emotional connection in support of healing and growth.

A place to share, listen and support.
We offer a wide variety of topics and a safe space for connection.
